3. Drain the cooked chickpeas/channa.
4. Mix all the ingredients mentioned along with black channa. Crushed pudhina leaves add nice aroma and flavour to this salad.

- Uncooked Black chana/chickpeas - 1 cup
- Onions - 1 small/medium sized
- Banglore Tomatoes - 1 big/medium sized
- Carrot- 1/4 cup chopped
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Cucumber - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Raw mango - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Crushed Mint leaves - few
- Salt as needed
- Black salt as needed
